Description :Supply and Installation of 3 Phase HOG Sequence Testing Kit with 60KVA Transformer for ins pection of LHB Power car & LSLRD coaches with following specifications. 1) HOG Sequence testing kit shall be suitable for input supply of 3 phase, 415V with neutral, 125A four poles MCCB shall be provided for inpu t supply side protection along with suitable rated supply chord (PVC) of length 10 meters. 2) HOG sequence testing kit shall be having output supply provision of 3 phase with neutral, 750V AC with ZS coupler socket. 3) UIC Jumper coupler shall be having 16 pin male connector to suit conventional power car socket, the cab le length shall be 3 meters. 4) HOG sequence testing kit shall be having auto over voltage shut down facilit y. 5) HOG Sequence testing kit shall be having the output capacity of 60KVA for power side and 72 to 110V DC for control side. 6) HOG sequence testing kit shall have in built surge protection. 7) HOG Sequence testi ng kit shall be having 4 pole MCCB protection at 750V side, with current rating 125A. 750V AC grade not av ailable 690V MCCB shall be used. 8) HOG sequence testing kit shall be having independent ON/OFF and res t provision for each output. 9) HOG sequence testing kit shall be having proper earthing protection. 10) The power circuit and control circuit arrangement shall be as per loco part of drawing. 11) HOG Sequence testi ng kit shall be supplied with four wheels heavy duty trolley two revolving and two fixed one. 12) HOG Sequ ence testing kit shall be powder coated paint of aqua green colour. 13) HOG Sequence testing kit shall be s upplied along with user manual. 14) Demonstration shall be arranged free of cost at your side. 15) HOG Se quence testing kit shall be suitably designed at both sides. 16) HOG Sequence testing kit shall be labeled w ith necessary danger/safety precaution instructions wherever necessary.
