I/we hereby tender to execute the whole of the work described in the: Name of the Work:-“Construction (including structural design) of 932 dwelling units in 4 number of G+8 block ( 2 blocks with 322 DUs each & 2 Blocks with 144 DUs each) at Birsanagar, Jamshedpur under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) under Package 08” (i) Scope of work, but not limited to, include Architectural Planning and Design, Engineering Procurement, Preparation of Detailed Structural Design & Drawing; project execution & construction, after obtaining approval from municipal bodies including water supply and sanitation (Including Sump, Overhead/Roof top Tank and water lifting arrangement),electrification work and rain water harvesting of Pradhan MantriAwasYojana at identified ULB/Smart City/Location in Jharkhand on EPC cum Turnkey basis and according to the Technical Specifications in Section-6 for which the Defect Liability Period is one year (365 days).

Dwelling Units each having a carpet area approximately 29.41sqm under PMAY (Affordable Housing) in G+8 within the project site including Architectural Planning and Design, Engineering Procurement, Preparation of Detailed Structural Design & Drawing; project execution & construction after obtaining approval from municipal bodies including water supply and sanitation (including Sump, Overhead/Roof top Tank and water lifting arrangement), electrification work and rain water harvesting all complete and thereafter transfer of dwelling units including the External Infrastructure and maintenance thereafter during the Defect Liability Period of 365 days. Number of Dwelling Units 932 (The bidder need to quote the rate persqm of carpet area in such a way that it include entire cost of the housing project in it as no separate payment will be made for associated works.)

The Quantity mentioned under description is only indicative and not final and cannot be considered as basis of any claim. This quantity (number of dwelling units) is subject to increase or decrease by 20%. Note:-2. Rate quoted will be lump-sum but on basis of sqm (carpet area per dwelling unit).
