RequiredThe bidder may be any reputed, eligible and interested Registered contractors Class V and above / firms / companies / agencies registered with concerned authority under relevant act and the bidder shall possess valid Government registration and same shall be uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder should have PAN, GST and Registration Certificate (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)
RequiredThe bidder should submit self-declaration certificate on black listing and litigation history. Upload Self declaration as per ANNEXURE II of this tender document.
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover (Equal to ECV) along with C.A. Certificate in any one year during the last (5) consecutive financial years of 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. Bidder should submit turnover certificate certified by CA uploaded with UDIN number
RequiredThe bidder shall submit the IT Returns last 5 years (FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) (Copies shall be uploaded along with Tender)
RequiredThe bidder should not make the agreement with the vehicles which are already in the agreement with another bidder. In such case the bid will be treated as void for both the parties (rights reserved with GHMC).
RequiredThe Agency / Bidder / firm who is L1 for one package will not be considered for remaining packages for engaging of vehicles for Bakrid 2026 in CRZ, GHMC unless there is no other eligible bidder
RequiredThe Bidder/Agency/ Contractor should submit the ANNEXURES formats of this Tender Document / Tender Booklet only along with Tender ID or Nit No.
RequiredThe Bidder should submit only the required / prescribed documents as per the Tender Conditions or else the agency might be disqualified. All the rights are reserved to the competent authority.
RequiredThe bidder should have Owned/ Leased Mini Tipper (6T with labour) with year of manufacture as year 2017 or more) at the time of deployment of vehicles. Bidder shall upload / submit Lease agreements along with vehicle Registration Document, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate in case of Vehicles are leased/own.
RequiredThe bidder should not engage vehicles which are already working in GMHC and declaration should be uploaded in this regard
RequiredThe bidder should have owned/ leased vehicles with RTA registration/permit in Telangana State valid for the contract duration.
