Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.In ground floor including roof.(a) upto 150 mm. thick.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Reinforcement with 10mm dia MS rod for reinforced concrete work in all Sorts of Structures including distribution bars,stirrups,binders etc initial straighting and removal of loose rust(if necessary) cutting to requisite length,hooking and bending to correct shape ,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(make-SAIL/IRNL and other approved make)(For column Reinforcement).

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety.

Design, Manufacture and Supply, Delivery & Storage at site of 2.0 MT capacity 9.85 mtrs. Span x 3.7 mtrs. Lift X 12 mtrs. Travel, Single Girder Construction H.O.T. Over Head Travelling Crane complete with Indef Brand Triple Spur Gear Chain Pulley Block, Steel Gantry Girder with 40mm Square Rail (Total Length 12 x 2 = 24 mtrs. The bay length shall be 10 mtrs and to be supported on the C.C. Bracket having Pitch Distance of 4 m (max) Approx. Suitable Base Plate and Side Insert Plates shall have to be provided on Concrete Brackets for supporting the Steel Gantry Girders,. Necessary Jointing Plates and Side Ties shall also to be provided. Girder shall be made of ISMB 200 Section (minimum size). The Crane shall be designed for Class-I Duty Indoor Operation Conforming to IS:807, IS:3177 and IS:3832.(Test and Guarantee Certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery)

Design, manufacture and Supply of 2.0 M.T capacity straight monorail system of 5 mtrs. long incorporated with 2 M.T. capacity, Triple spur gear chain pulley block with suitable gear traveling trolley having 2.6 mtrs lift approx.The Monorail beam shall be supported with 2 (two) numbers goal posts having placed at 3 mtrs. apart. The monorail shall have cantilever portion of 1 mtrs. on both sides. Total height of goal post structure from floor level shall be 3.7 mtrs. approx. Each goal post shall contain 2 nos. steel columns duly supported with cross beam. The goal post which shall be mounted inside the shed.(Test and Guarantee Certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery)

Installation of above supplied H.O.T. Crane and Monorail, in proper position inside the stackyard to reach loading bed/Cargo box of vehicle, for loading, unloading baby cylinder & tonner, placed joist on concrete column and studed, fixing gear trolley arrangement, this cost included with all necessary materials/erection jobs like cutting, welding, grinding etc, painting after first coat of primer of all angles, beams, joists etc, as per direction of EIC

Supply and delivery of weighing scale, range from 0-3 Tonne, with dynamometer.(Make:-Capco approved make/Evaqua approved make))
