COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND ITS CONNECTED ITEM IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

Carrying out comprehensive maintenance of day to day formestic area (For No. 1 area) from main gaurd room to OMQ area,Offr mess,OI,HQ area,SMC, GL sec,Edn sec,Fire sec,DSC office,park,provost unit,all installation,pump house and other misc area for internal eletrification complaines by Collection from complaint cell daily between 9.00 am to 10.00 am and Repair in situ or attending of complaints of domestic area one Elect and one helper after rectifying complaines job card will be return on same date. Defects of the items such as switches, fuse wires, DB, MCB (light/ power), lamp holder (bracket, pandent, batten) bell/buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors and other similar electrical itemSupply and fixingittings, repairing of geysers/ solar heater system etc including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 1.5 sqmm to 10 sqmm single core/ two core and length not exceeding 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- Any accessories as mentioned above found unserviceable shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. seperately. However any minor requirement essential for making overall system serviceable is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

All as per item No. 1 here in above but for SMQ area,NC qtr, MES qtr ,all mess,MES office,Latif area,billets, sports ground,mandir area all installation, pump house and other misc area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 here in above but for No. 2,3 area ,302 TRU all installation,pump house,and other misc area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(Item 1 to 3) i) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down/ Complaint received on Cell phone and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (ii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 72 hrs) will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract. (iii) Manpower requirement for attending and completing day to day complaints will be depending upon the number of complaints which may vary day to day and cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor is advised to quote accordingly. (iv) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M/Rep of MES. (v) Old material obtained from replaced items under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per Schedule of credit. (vi) Cost of minor spares i.e, insulation tape, lugs, thimbles etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Labour required to carryout the maint / repairs for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor.Items replaced shall be measured and paid seperately . (vii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (viii) Making good the area / cleaning the area will be mandatory for the contractor & failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be charged at each up stance.
