S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work Size of grid 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted Aluminium framework with screws as in ceiling (Designer type) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade, ISI marked , PVC insulated unsheathed cable (with approved colour code) FRLSH cable drawn in PVC conduit of 25 mm dia, concealed wiring, ISI marked including all accessories, conduit as approved by EIC, for light point with 1.5 Sqmm, FRLSH insulated multi-stranded single core earth wire for earth continuity, connected to common earth dolly, ISI marked of green colour for continous earth, cast iron/MS/GI terminal box duly painted with aluminium paint inside and anticorrosive paint out side with 2.8 mm thick bakelite hylam sheet cover, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 6 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cable drawn in but including PVC conduit not less than 25 mm ISI marked including all accessories as approved by EIC including PVC insulated unsheathed and one runs 6.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete. Note :4 x 6.0 sqmm + 1 x 6.0 Sqmm earth wire incl PVC conduit of not less than 25 mm combine shall be measured as one unit length in RM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing DB Box, in sheet metal enclosure VT DB TPN, MCCB DB TPN 4 way, double door with 100 Amp, 25 KA,TP MCCB as incomer (Vertical type double door, 100 Amps, TP, 25 kA MCCB rate inclusive) and suitable for SP/TP DB in outgoing, enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated, IP 43, IK 09, As Per IEC 61439-3, with 150 Amp copper bus bar for each phase, with 2 Neutral bar, 2 Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, with fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bar, reversible door provision, with colour coded interconnecting wire set, including flushing and fixing DB box in neaty in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) MCCB and DB box shall be of same make.

Supply & fixing MCB TP 25 to 63 Amps, 10 KA 'C' Curve breaking capacity, including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Taking down carefully smoke detector 19 Nos, MCP -03 Nos, remote response indicator -04 Nos, Fire alrm panels- 02 Nos, Sounder -01 No, Loud speaker - 01 No, and related items etc, complete, at CEO complex at Avonics , Electrical bay and power supply room (fittings such as speakers, wiring etc, and refixing the same in existing location with same in fully serviceable condition complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) All serviceable items shall be reused and fixing rate shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate . (ii) Rate is included for testing and commissioning and refixing of fire alarm system of the entire building . (iii) Rate for minor items like conduit , copper wire etc required at site shall deemed to be included in the unit qouted rate.

M&L for Shifting of Split type AC by taking down from existing location and re-fix to the new location by making arrangement with anticorrosive bracket, fastners, Hexagonal screws, closing the opening of old location with cement mortar or white putty, white wash to match with the existing colour of the site & making holes in brick wall at new location and fine finishing with cement mortar white wash etc to match with the existing colour of the site installation & commissioning of AC, replacement of insulation with nitrile rubber along with white insulation tape, tie for suction & discharge line, leak checking and gas charging, electrical connection with 3 core wire, copper pipe suitable size for suction and discharge upto 3 mtr each, fixing of drain water pipe upto 1 feet from above plinth protection level (Approx 3 mtr) along with saddels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note:- (i) All spare to be required for fully serviceable condition of ACs, insulation, copper tube, brazing work, gas charging with required pressure is deemed to be included quoted rate. (ii) Existing / new location will be in Technical or Domestic area as per site requirement.)

Taking down old unsv central AC plant comprising of cooling tower , compressor unit ,pump and motor set , condenser unit , evaporator unit , AHU , duct for the entire building etc.removing all materials from site and depositing to MES store yard and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply ,install, commissioning and testing of cooling only outdoor type variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system of capacity 34 HP comprising of the following specification, connected to multiple indoor as per the required configuration. (a) 100% DC inverter based compressor only , connected to multiple indoor units as per OEM specification . (b) Outdoor unit shall be factory assembeled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel & shall have 100% DC inverter compressor in each module & with front air discharge through 4 way air intake . (c) Unit shall have liquid injection facility in order to achieve no deration in cooling capacity upto 49 degree celcius temperature . (d) The unit shall have 2 stage deep sub-cooling circuit and cross oil return technology, should be equiped with double EEV control design & four way air return heat exchanger design . (e) The outdoor uint should contain error code LED display for ease of operation . (f) Air supply installation , testing & commissioning chamber and equipment chamber should be separate . (g) Each Compressor should have oil separator for safer operation . (h) The system should be equipped with eco-friendly refrigerant R 410A . (i) The outdoor units shall be complete with safety devices. The outdoor unit should be fitted with low noise aero spiral design fan with multiple speed DC motor and large airflow and should be designed to operate compressor -linking technology . The unit should also be capable to deliver 110 pa external static pressure to meet long exhaust duct connection requirement & to avoid short cycling of hot exhaust air . (j) The rate is also inclusive for making PCC foundation for mounting outdoor units as per manufacturer's recommendation . Make : Carrier or equivalent make as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

Supply & Fixing burnt clay fly ash bricks old size designation 75 (kg/cm2) in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,multi stranded aluminium cable in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Anual comprehensive maintenance contract for the period of 01 (one) year of VRF & DX system as mentioned in item srl no 15 to 17.0, i.e 2 x34 HP=02 nos (ILAB site ) ,2 x26 HP=02 nos (ILAB site ) and ,2 x12 HP=02 nos (DLT section) (after compeltion of defect liability period) including carrying out the Physical and health check up and service, gas pressure, electrical connections, etc. During the check up of VRF AC PLANT, including minor/major parts if found defect/unserviceable then the same to be replaced and rate shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate as per quotation/aggrement attach . NOTE : (i) OEM Rep will visit after every 03 months for routine maintenance . However, during any emergncy or breakdown , Rep of OEM shall visit the site within 24 hrs for minor repair and within 72 hrs for Major repair. If rep of OEM not atteneded within the time frame as mentioned then penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per hrs shall be recovered from the contractor . So, tenderer's are advised to keep this aspect while quoting the rate. (ii) Minor repair include PCB replacement , Pump replacement etc . (iii) Major repairs include compressor replacement, gas charging & any refrigerant circuit part replacement . (iv) AMC period shall be of 02 years and include replacement of Compressor , Fan Motor, PCB , Gas charging , Magnetic Switch , transformer , Electronic Expansion Valve, Sensor etc. (v) Contractor's rep(OEM) shall visit after every 03 months for periodical maintenance to check all the complete system of VRF units, to check its functionility and to make them functional. (vi)Servicing of VRF units shall be carried out through OEM only . Contractor shall have to submit the MoU with the concerned OEM for maintenance of VRF ACs before the issue of work order . (vii) After servicing, OEM has to submit the serviceability certificate duly sign by OEM, User and shall have to submit to Dept for Payment purpose and warranty for the replaced items for one year from the date of servicing .
