M & L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surfaces is still green including finished even and smooth etc for easy laying of APP membrane on roof, complete all as specified and as directed (WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item).

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying snadwich tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm including removal of existing water proofing treamant on sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over APP membrane surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry exc. 10 cm width with solid block C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone masonry / concrete surfaces of wall / ceiling incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and deposited the debris outside the MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar at any height with necessary scafoldings in RCC walls/soffits of slabs, Columns, beams etc and similar structure members up to depth of 20mm to 40mm cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces all as per manufacturers instruction, Over prepared surfaces provide 20 mm thick High build polymer modified cement sand mortar ( 1:2.5 ) mixed with 10 liters (minimum) Nitobond SBR per 50 kilogram of cement of M/s FOSROC chemical (India) Pvt Ltd or Equivalent product of manufacturer all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces with 3mm average thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including leveling the surface which undulation found with cement putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over treated surfaces.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and preparing surface with 1mm average thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer including filling of cracks, holes and including leveling the surface which undulation found with wall care putty etc. all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated external wall surface by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over treated surfaces.

Ditto all as per item No 19 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors, over and Including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc all as specified and as directed.
