Estimate of Construction of mechanized fully atomized gate arrangement on spillway of Ambazari Dam

Design, Fabrication, Supply, transportation to site, erection, testing with QAP & commissioning of 4m x 2.5m size automatic submersible redial gates with mechanical operating arrangement for mentioned works as below including all materials, labor charges, machining and machinery charges, inspection and quality control charges, as per technical specifications and as per Indian Patent No. 438726 or like, including Patent Royalty charges, design charges, and getting design approval from Central Design Organization, Nashik etc. complete with 5 years of maintenance and excluding any type of civil works like excavation, concerting, reinforcement, dismantling of concrete, dewatering, construction of foundation works, abutment work, civil and electrical works of control room, Power connection, GST and applicable cess etc. complete. A) Embedded parts consisting of sill beam, trunnion girders, trunnion brackets, stainless steel seal seats, etc ; B) Gate leaf consisting of skin plate, PTFE cladded rubber seals, horizontal members, end arms, trunnion assemblies etc. C) Steel service bridge consisting of longitudinal and cross beams, chequered plate, railing angles, GI pipes railing, etc. Above “A”, “B” & “C” should conform to IS 4623, IS 2062, IS 1030, IS 305, IS 318, IS 6911, IS 14177, IS 9349, AISI 304, AISI 410 for stainless steel, welding electrodes (AWS E 6013 for general weld joints, surface cleaning, (IS 9349). It should conform to any other IS code as Required. The tolerances between Components & assemble shall confirm to IS 4623. The embedment & gate assembly shall be reasonably water tight, the maximum permissible leakage being not more than 5 liters/min/m wetted length of seal. It should conform to any other IS Code as Required. ( C ) Mechanical operating arrangement consisting of gate hoisting bracket, lever links, actuating levers, portable hydraulic hoisting arrangement etc. As per Indian Patent No. 438726 or like; hoisting arrangement etc. As per Indian Patent No. 438726 or like; including Patent Royalty Charges, design & inspection charges, etc. complete. It should conform to any other IS Code as Required.
