Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other,, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, , complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, , complete all as specified and directed.( Cable cover retrieved during taking out of old cable shall be used).

Labour only, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, , complete all as specified and directed.( Cable cover retrieved during taking out of old cable shall be used).

Material and Labour for Taking out of unserviceable cable,finding the fault making the cable serviceable, jointing,testing of any size any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Eng in charge. (Excavation, Removal, and refilling of soil shall be maisured and paid seperatelly under the relevant item)

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with lugs/thimbles of suitable size etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including takingout existing cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Returning filling earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including takingout existing cable , complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial Item No. 9.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 120Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum.

Supply and fixing/erecting in true vertical position, steel tubular pole, swaged, type 410-SP-55 (11.0m long), HT, complete with cast iron base plate of size 400mm x 400mm and thickness 5mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and painting upto 1.5 metre above PCC benching of poles in black & white strips 05 Nos each including taking down existing pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including taking down existing bracing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in coping to parapet walls, electric poles etc., weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered including use waste and necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000volts grade system, in replacement, complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix, steel water tubing of 100mm dia bore, light grade, galvanised, with all standard fittings, laid in trenches/crossing the road, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work as required will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix outdoor type sheet metal of 3.15mm thick termination / junction box of size 1500 x 1000 x 1000mm with angle iron frame/ support with copper bus bar of size 50 x 6mm suitable for HT cable termination and locking arrangement, the legs to be fixed on foundation with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified.

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing / wall mounting factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing ACB, Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminum bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer Outgoing MCCB / ACB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing Outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer . A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection , complete as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessories: (a) Bus bar electrolytic grade aluminum strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 600 amps. Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour forCable route indicator for LT Cables include PCC Work complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- The cable route indicator shall be with circular minimum dia 150 mm and minimum 6 mm thick cast iron plate embossed with "LT cable" riveted to angle iron of (25mm x 25mm x 5mm) of length minimum 60 cm and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 foundation of 30 cm x 30cm x 30cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cable route indicator for HT Cables include PCC Work complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- The cable route indicator shall be with circular minimum dia 150 mm and minimum 6 mm thick cast iron plate embossed with "HT cable" riveted to angle iron of (25mm x 25mm x 5mm) of length minimum 60 cm and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 foundation of 30 cm x 30cm x 30cm. complete all as specified and direc ted by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old UNSV Earthing of any type compete all as specified and directed. Note: Schedule of credit for Rs 1,66,801.00 to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
