Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.,) sheets as in roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling framed work of timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantlings, timber framed and fixed, wrought complete all as specified.

All as per item No 04 above but except timber

S&F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified

S&F mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section, drilled and countersunk for balusters, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing etc., conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of required colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as per Manufacturer's instruction and as specified

M&L for removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises ,clean the surface free from dust, dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
