Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock pilling at designated location and disposal of dismantled materials upto the lead of 100m, stacking servicable materials and unservicable materials separetely

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.)

By Mix in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.), for grading- II Material

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) .

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) With M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage. Excluding Edge block/edge restraints

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both dirction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhensives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm is thick including reflactorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made encaspsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per draweings and technical specification clause 801. i) 600mm equilateral triangle
