Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for 80 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including applying Nitoflor Hardtop floor hardner of Fosroc @ 5 Kg/Sqm when concrete is wet and trowelled to finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete as per manufacturers instructions .

M & L for 25mm thick rubber mat, VIP topdeck, moulded bevel edge, yunior version of size 3' x 5', black colour, perforated and laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified. Make - Cat No 2530 C5 of Cactus mat

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M & L for rolled mild steel beams as in rail for trolly track including drilling holes and fixed with and including suitable size mild steel bolt embedded in concrete @ 300mm c/c at the time of casting PCC complete all as specified.

M & L for framed work as in trolly for transporting oxygen cylinders, of size 900mm x 650mm x 900mm made out of angle iron frame of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick and covered with mild steel plate of 6mm thick by welding on angle iron framework and provn of handle for pulling the trolly as directed and fixed on wheels fixed to trolly for movement of trolly on the rails including necessary welding, nuts, bolts etc complete all as directed

S & F mild steel heavy duty wheels of dia 150mm suitable for carring 500 Kg weight including necessary bearing, lever, nuts , bolts, washers complete all as specified

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
