(c) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all specials/ fittings required at site and testing complete.

Returning and filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Removing of excavated materials i.e surplus soil not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not. Exc. 1.5M above the starting point and all as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Motor Actuated Butterfly Valve made of SS- 304 , stem material SS-410, EPDM seat in butterfly valve consisiting of Quarter turn single phase Actuator and Wafer type butterfly valve of size 150 mm dia with appropriate bracket/mounting arrangement including two nos. limit switches for open and closed condition and splash proof enclosure. S & F in replacement, DI sluice valve 200 mm bore size, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846/2000, ISI marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged including jointing material like new rubber gasket/ rubber ring, bolts, and nuts etc and testing after completion including sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and brass check nuts with iron wheel flanged type hole and drilled heavy duty ISI marked class PN-1 including rubber insertion 3mm thick, nut bolts gasket washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, Ball float valves of 25 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for UPVC pipe or iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and tested complete inclding ncecessary UPVC/GI tubing required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 31 but for Ball float valve of 20 mm dia.

M & L for valve chamber of any size, type and construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.20m x 1.20m x 1.20m (internal dimension) with 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) over 15cm thick hardcore, 23cm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortar (1:4), 15mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 6mm thick MS sheet cover with, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping having rectangular hinged opening of size with locking arrangements & handle made out of 25cm dia MS round bar, hold fasts etc applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including excavation and earth wotk in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified.

Dismantling and removing the pump sets of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase from the existing postion, opening the unserviceable pump sets and replacing the both end bearings, gasket, bolts, nuts bushes incl overhauling and servicing of impeller and reasembling the same all as directed and specified.

Ditto as per item No 49 above but for pump sets of 10 to 20 HP, 3 Phase

Dismantling and removing the pump sets of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase from the existing postion, opening the unserviceable pump sets including replacement of brass impeller with lock nuts on both sides for pump sets and reasembling the same all as directed and specified.

Ditto as per item No 51 above but for pump sets of 10 to 20 HP, 3 Phase

Dismantling and removing the pump sets of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP, 3 Phase from the existing postion, opening the unserviceable pump sets including replacement of shaft for pump sets complete all as specified and directed :-

Ditto all as per item No 53 but for pump sets of 10 to 20 HP, 3 phase Note for Item Ser No 49 to 54:- The contractor shall be bound to rectify the complaint of motor not working/ burnt winding within 48 hrs else a penalty of Rs, 5000 per day per complaint upto Max Rs. 50000 per complaint will be charged from the contracror. The decision of GE shall be final and binding.

M&L for fabrication and fixing of pump set base frame using MS channel ISMC 100 incl two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer and dismantilling the corroded and damaged base frame for pump set of capacity 5 HP to 30 HP

Supply and fixing Dozing pump set with motor 5 LPH 8 bar complete including PVC piping of required length and size including connecting testing and removing old unsv dozing pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement, 150 Ltrs FRP tank with top cover suitable for Chlorine dozing system with necessary connections including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the power cable from the control panel, lifting the submersible pump along with existing GI tubing carefully from the borewell without damaging the existing MS casing pipes using borewell ring from various sites at Altinho, Bambolim and Panaji area and unscrewing each length/section of pipe complete including following all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Disconnecting submersible pumpset and taken to workshop for servicing and bringing back after servicing (b) Cleaning the GI pipes that have been removed, both internally and externally keeping serviceable pipes ready for installation (c) Dismantling and replacement of stainer defective filters and re-assembling the same complete (d) Jointing the submersiable cable with M seal jointing Kit all as directed by Engr-in-charge (e) Re-installing the submersible pumpset along with the power control cable lowering into the existing borewell casing using the borewell rig after jointing each length of GI pipes step by step to the entire length and locking the system connection with the external water supply lines and power controlls and testing and commissioning at site to the entire satisfaction all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note for Ser item No 58 (a) to (e) :- Repair and servicing of submersible pumpset rewinding of motor electric submersible cable and GI tubing shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of Sch 'A'

Material and labour for opening of any capacity submersible pumpsets, minor repair and servicing by replacing worn out bearings, gun metal bushes, removing the impeller and refixing after repairing shaft and re-assembling the same with necessary nut bolt, packing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing the burnt winding from the cores the submersible of capacity ranging exceeding 3 HP not exceeding 5 HP completely and replacing the same gauge super enameled copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of over head water tank capacity 125000 to Gallons at 20 mtr staging (Location: 5 TTR, Bambolim) by daining out water from the tank with portable pump sets, removing sludge, mud or any other foreign materials from the bottom and internal surface and cleaning surface and cleaning by wire brushing, washing internally by using bleaching powder and applying 2 coat of lime washing including re writing the date of cleaning, capacity of the tank etc complete with white paint on black background and replacement of water level indicator all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable water level indicator device electronic (digital) type including PVC copper cable 0.5 sqmm 10 core and water censor 07 Nos with copper PVC cable as requierd as per site requirement and length upto pump house at a total distance of 40 meters, for monitoring for operator complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting sample of water in white coloured sample bottles duly marked location of pump house/ OHTs/ underground reservoir and date of collection of sample etc from each of pump houses/ OHTs/ Undergrond reservoirs and sending it by hand to auth local govt water testing lab or NABL accredited lab for testing. Once report prepared, collecting the test report from lab and submitting to the Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
