Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.)Grating railings etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing chequered steel plates of required thicness including cutting welding complete in flooring over steel frame work to be paid seperatly). including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. As per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Painting Steel Surfaces with Deluxe Multi surface paint for interiors and exteriors as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied where required @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
