Providing and fixing 1stquality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thick 5mm of approved make it like NICTO ORIENT ,SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make colour shapes expect begundy bottle green black of size such as approved by the Engineer- in charge in skirting riser stepsand dados over 12mm bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement pigment of matching shade complete..

20mm thick cement plaster of ratio 1:4 (1 cement coarse sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand

Providing and apply white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plaster wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying one coat oil water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface water thimble cement primer
