Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 8.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire(15kg per stay) and 33 KV strain insulator(2 Nos per stay)etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 3.25 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP without Isolator

Supplying of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 4.3 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP with Isolator

Supply & Erection of GOAB Switch Double Break type 33kV 1250 Amps with Insulator support channel, Isolator support channel, Isolator operating down pipe support, Down pipe diagonal support,Down pipe base support , Isolator support side channel with nut & bolt and other accessories as required

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Installation, Laying, commissioning and testing of 3-Core,33KV grade 400 sqmm XLPE cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) method through 160mm HDPE pipe (PE-80, PN-8) pipe casing including jointing of HDPE Pipe, pit making for machine placement etc.(At a depth of 3 mtr below railway track and max of upto 6meters) (Excluding the cost of the pipe)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required (At an interval of 30mtr)

Supply and Erection of outdoor termination kits Heat Shrinkable type suitable for 33KV,3Core,400 sqmm. HT UG jointing cable kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 KV grade,400 sqmm as required

Supplying and fixing of medium class G.I. pipe of 150 mm dia. (nominal) 8 metres length along the pole with nut & bolts and clamps for rising of cable e as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Dismantling of pole Joist pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, Cl. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Dismantling of NBLS tower

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
