SCHEDULE ‘A’ Part-VII (Security Fencing of 820 RM) (Drawing No DGAR/Engr/COB/116 sheet No 01 to 02)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, plinth,posts etc.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete. 65X65X6 mm angle iron post for both Iron pillar and strut post.

Fencing with welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and standard design of size 75 mmx 75mm using 4 mm dia GI wire.

Extra for providing and fixing FI Sup for barbed wire of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work on chain link fencing.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos founds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete(150mm thick) including stone screening of 13.2mm and 11.2mm

Providing and laying of position cement concrete desi mix M-30 grade in PCC roads using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate as per approved & specified design criteria providing dowl bars with sleeve/tie bars sherever required laying at site spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with reqd texture incl steel form work with sturdy MS channel section, curing making provision for contraction/ expansion construction & longitudinal joints (10mm wide x 50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler and sealants cimplete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge (Item of joints fillers sealants dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars to be paid separately). cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine.
