Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge and thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire from existing wall all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of CONSEC-ZAL super razor punched barb tape (SRPBT) of 600 dia from existing wall all as specified and directed. Note:- Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

Excavation over areas not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5 mtr and not exc 3 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length , bent to shape as required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concret and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Form work and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) M-30 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in RCC planks (Wall Panelling) fixed with non shrink cementitions paste between two columns including form work as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Gap in between the the wall panels/columns shall be properly filled with non-shrink cementitious grout and the surface shall be finished even and smooth to receive the surface finishes. (iii) The unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary material & labour for preparing and filing cementitious grout in the gaps between wall panels, columns as required.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and like over 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, build in CM (1:6) all as specified

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered / previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CONSEC-ZAL super razar punched barb tape (SRPBT) alluminium base helix coil with and including necessary fixing clips for securing complete all as specified as directed with following specificatoins :- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 610mm (ii) No of circles -51 turns per coil (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 8.50 kg (+0.5). (iv) Coverage per coil upto - 6 RM. Note:- Running length of wall shall be measured for payment.

M&L Nonshrink, high strength, free flowing and self levelling, non metalic chloride free cementitious grout in 80x80x200mm pocket to fix angle frame . The grout shall have expansive of 0.8% to 1.5% and density of 1800kg/m3 and shall attain 500kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days water cement powder ratio shall not be more than 0.17 and shall have flowable index of 0.19 as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 24mm dia Grade 8.8 'U' bolt having overall length 1.25 mtr with hot dip galvanised corrosive protection including bolt grouting with non shrink compound, with nut, washer etc complete all as specified and directed

S &F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe. 290.Gde-E-165.

S&F MS framed work as in grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; Gates of any design including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (disposal of unserviceable material/rubbles/debries obtained from dismantling or elsewhere within the construction area) to outside MD land including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Note :- Amount of Rs. 3475000.00 indicated in tender documents as schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ (Rev-1).
