S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including securing or tying at crosing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Chain Link Fencing of 3.25mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm x 100mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling Mild Steel 10mm round or square bar Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Fixing only chain link Fencing in same position including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of acrylic wall putty over one coat of white wash to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of Granite 20mm thick (of any size) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure or pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of Linoleum 4.5mm thick plain coloured, laid dry in floors including stretching, cuttings and fittings fixed with an approved adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in repair of 6mm thick multiwall clear/bronze/green/blue poly carbonate sheet fixed with fasteners etc on existing metal frame with including aluminium beading, clips screws etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Make of Polycarbonate sheet shall be approved by Accepting Officer.

S&F in repairs of aluminium composite sheet of 4.00 mm thickness of any colour/shade thickness which consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic cora of anti-toxic LDPE sandwiches between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium foils with outer surface finished with 30 PVDF & inner surface finished with thin coat of polyester paint, cladding panel fixed to steel/ mild steel grid of size n exc 2 Sqm and colour shade and pattern as approved by GE including all necessary frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs of stainless steel letters of approx size 24 inch and depth not exceeding 6 inch of any nos, permanently fixing in any surface, any position in required format with brackets or necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: work can carried out upto 12 mtr height .

S&F in repairs of Mild steel framed brackets of angles, MS sheet , flat or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, tubular section fixed, to plates, riveting, including bending and welding angles, tubular section fixed to frame etc..n exc 10kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of refixing stainless steel letters of any size, permanently fixing in any surface, any position in required format with brackets or necessary arrangement including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting or welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: work can carried out upto 12 mtr height.

S&F in repairs of Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement : 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 8 to 10 mm nominal size) in panels with aluminium beading groove (size of aluminium beading 10 mmx 10 mm) all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing and colour (as per user direction) the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: work can carried out upto 15 mtr height.

S&F in repairs of Venetian blinds, vertical/Horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC/ coolers exists complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet of any colour as per the user requirement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of providing 4mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards including aluminium anodized snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605mm thickness of section not less than 0.5mm of 4mm dia GI hanger fixed with steel dash fastener including necessary alternation for fixing electrical fixtures including taking down old false ceiling boards with frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate finishing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete flooring (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel galvalume sheet/valley gutter any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges for north light truss complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
