Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for-Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Providing and lying damp roof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 of 12.5mm nominal size.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor five level. 6.13.1 Cement mortar 1:4

Providing and fixing of pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness, Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy(AA) 3004(ISO designation)] etc. complete. 12.66.4 Precoated/mill finish aluminium Barge board (Up to 200 mm)

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under Layer 50 mm thick cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 and 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 etc. complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.2.1 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 11.6.1 18 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved and manufacture to give an even shade: 13.41.1 New work (Two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.;

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface 13.43.1 water thinnable cement primer

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade : 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm) Same Quantity as item No. 20/13.43 (13.43.1)

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layer not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc complete.
