Removing building materials to a distance of exc. 1.0 Km but not exc. 5.0 Km (1 Metric tonne = 1 Load and One Cum = 1735 Kgs) out side MD Land Complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debrits out side the MD land complete all as specified.

S&F coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x7mm/450X 350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles double charged 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, floors and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the granite incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old Ceiling/boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 12 mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed on frame work of GI section, the main runner of 22 gauge GI sheet and cross runner of 24 gauge GI sheet must be framed to form a mesh 0.6 x 0.6 mtr centre, the gypsum board must be fixed to GI frame and joint to be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tap to get a levelled to smooth ceiling. Recessing of gypsum board for fixing for light fixtures must be done with extra frame work of GI to hold the concealed light fixture etc including two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint on ceiling with putty work designer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication kitchen or other cabinets, cupboards etc of openable shutters, shelves partitions, dravers etc made up of 20mm solid core ply finished with 1mm veneer ply on both faces, each shutter having a pair of self closinges, stainless steel fancy handles, tower bolts and other fittings as directed, taking down old cabinets, S&F solid wood frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Surface area of each member is measured flat for payment. 2. S&F of all builders hardware deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.
