Supply, install, testing & commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine Driven Generating set, 415 Volts, 30KVA/24KW, 3 Phase, 4 Wired, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, excitation screen protected drip proof IP64 enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Bambolim, Goa fully wired Alternator AC for output of 30 KVA continuously directly coupled with diesel engine water/liquid cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with acoustic line & accessories, control panel showing standard parameters of Engine and Alternator, AMF Panel with control cable of suitable size as per DG set capacity, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, anti vibration pads and other standard accessories, conforming to ISO - 8528, IS 1002, BS-5514, IS-4722, 13364, BS EN 60034-1, PCC foundation work as per manufacturers instructions including earth work and comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed: -

(A) ALTERNATOR: Standard design alternator rated capacity of 30 KVA/24 KW net output at site after considering derating as per site condition at 0.8 (lagging) power factor, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure, brushless design with windings in pole faces, insulation class "H", Temp rise Class - "H" and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from No load to Full load, directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling. The alternator shall be suitable for tropical climate and shall confirm to IS 4722, 13364 and BS EN 60034-1 as amended upto date and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 1% tolerance. (B) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity of Diesel Engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on OEMs technical details water/liquid cooled Diesel Engine to drive independently above the alternator capacity and after considering drating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling, common rail direct injection (CRDI), conforming to BS 5514 and ISO 8528, the engine is prime rated with 10 % over load capacity for one hour in any 12 continuous hours of operation. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangements and shall give the electrical output of 30 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415 Volts including standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation. The accessories comprising of following: (i) Radiator with blower fan including guard. (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (iii) Corrosion inhibitor coolant. (iv) Paper element filters for fuel, Lube oil, Bypass. (v) Flywheel housing and flywheel.

(vi) Engine bearing mechanism in flywheel housing. (vii) Dry type air cleaners. (viii) Flexible coupling. (ix) Residential silencer. (x) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows. (xi) Electric starter. (xii) Vacuum indicators. (xiii) 12/24 V battery of suitable AH Cap with copper lead, lugs and charging indicator. (xiv) Exhaust piping made out of heavy duty mild steel pipe ‘C’ class of length as per recommendations of OEM to meet CPCB - IV norms inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary support steel structure stack including mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet for the entire length of exhaust pipe. (xv) First fill lube oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning & testing. (xvi) Silencer: Residential type, Fuel Hoses, Lubricating oil pump, Air Cleaner Dry type, Electronic Governor/ as recommended by OEM. Supply and Configuration of the Web based Software with following modules: (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data: (a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency (b) Monthly billing survey data for cum energy and max demand (ii) Postpaid / Prepaid Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required. (iii) Occupation and Vacation Module: The system would support occupation / vacation and billing reports. The software would be collecting data from DCU. The software would provide access to staff as well as the occupant for the data. (iv) Web site: There would be a dedicated website for the AGE and BSO team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would also have the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use)

(v) Customer Portal The system would include a customer portal for the resident / occupant to login and view their own energy / billing data. There would be android and iOS mobile apps for the user to monitor its own data and balance on regular basis. (vi) Energy Accounting Module The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account total energy bloch wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (vii) Communication Module The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and SMS methods. (viii) Meter Master Data The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. (ix) Excel Export The system would support export of metering and billing data in Excel format.

(x) Customer Care Module The software would include a customer care module where the user would be log in any complaints. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution. (xi) Meter Installation Module The software would include an app-based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the readings may be demonstrated to the user if required on the app itself. (xii) Activities Communication The software supports communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation, meter change, personal detail change etc. with the user as well as the department on email.
