Supply of LT Cubicle panel with AL Bus and Earth Bus of rating 440V, 50HZ of size (800x800x300mm) IP55, suitable for outdoor application (double door) made out of 14SWG / 16SWG thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure with siemens grey, powder coated with mounting PEDESTAL stand (2Ft), earth bolts on either side, RYB indicating lamps, ON/OFF indications, gland plate including suitable AL Bus-bar with a provision to fix two MCCB's with the following rating . (Tentative GA Drawing attached & Final GA to be submitted for approval of E-I-C).
a) LT Kiosk to suit 160 Amps - 02+ 02 = 04Nos. MCCB's (old MCCB's will be supplied by us at site during erection of panel).
b) 250 Amps -02 Nos MCCB's, 36KA, 4P, MCCB (CM98065OOPO) with spreader links & RHOM all complete with LT Kiosk.
c) 160 Amps-250Amps spreader links all complete - CM92007OOOO L&T MAKE.
d) Supply of 250 Amps - MCCB's, 36KA, 4P, MCCB (CM98065OOPO) with spreader links & RHOM all complete (without LT Kiosk).
Installation of LT Cubicle panel of size (800x800x300mm) IP54, at outdoors including cutting the existing basement, soil excavation, cement concrete 40mm/20mm stone jelly neat finishing etc at a depth of 0.5 ft below earth surface, grouting the panel at suitable location as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge as required all complete.
Supplying and making end termination with brass Double compression gland and aluminium lugs (Make: Dowells) for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 70 sq. mm
