Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms, stair case landing or steps and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of granite including cutting and moulding the edges half round on exposed side over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab of size 55cm x 55cm (minimum) as in flooring laid over cement mortar screed base, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including rubbing, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm to 25mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing also moulding edges laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for factory casted precast kerb stone of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of 300mmx300mmx100mm size with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, excavation and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick precast machine pressed coloured interlocking paving blocks M-35 grade using grey cement and pigment, of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 laid over and including 50mm thick layer of sand including filling the interstices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, trough and similar items including edges rough finished complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

M & L for mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for continuous brick edging (sub class ‘B’) with width equal to the width of brick laid dry, on end vertically including necessary earth work, embedding bricks at depth as indicated and temping around bricks and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work in wall using Fly Ash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall using Fly Ash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof laid dry and pointed in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping including cutting or uprooting grass on roof complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete or filling in sunken floor/bottom side of drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) applying 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet coving of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and verticle surface (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs (g) Cement concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirment (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout complete as specified Manufacturer. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/STP Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out by approved authorised applicator approved by GE as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (ii) The Plan area of floor (sunken) shall be considered for payment and provn of cement work (except) PCC in sunken filling item 41 is included in quoted rate for this item. (iii) PCC filling in sunken portion will be measured seperately.

Supply & fixing 450mm long mild steel galvanised tubes (GI pipe) (medium grade) of size 40mm bore as in spouts including making holes in RCC and making good with cement mortar (1:1) or PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles or cement concrete and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20kg per sqm as in roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for lime concrete terracing as specified in roof excluding bitumen tack coat complete all as specified in MES Sch Part-I and Part-II and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on15mm thick cement mortar in cement mortar (1:6) bedding and joints grouted in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser item No 46 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, benching rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Racking out joints / pointing to brick work in walls or to brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to brick laid flat or brick tile in paving complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in grills, grating, railings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast blocks for doors/ windows, bed blocks, splash stone, filling of chowkhats etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing CASEMENT UPVC WINDOW/vent fabricated by approved manufacturer in different size of wall thickness 1.2mm +0.25mm made out of extruded section plain UPVC sections, the window/vent frame made out of rigid UPVC sections meter cut at 4 corners & joint with plastic fution welding with internal reinforce require. The shutter section made out of extruded rigid UPVC with internal reinforced with provision of 5mm glaze wire mesh as per requirement. The window will be fixed to all using 65 x100 mm long MS fasterners at suitable place provided for each vertical and horizontal member etc.complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

S&F fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame (ISI marked) of three legged of cross -section 90mm X 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness .The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsatrated polyester resin and chopped mat (CSM), door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs, the frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to stand by the frame complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled doorshutter conferming to IS:14856-2000 of required colour and made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with suitable second class hardwood timber block inside at required places for fixing of fittings,cast molithically with 5mm thick FRP laminated for panels including fixing to frames,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing 100mm long butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised type B-21 and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised door handles cast type , fixed with steel screws complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 35mm thick, factory made plain framed panelled (three panels) shutters of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board flat pressed three layered conforming to IS-3097 exterior grade-I type- I duly ISI marked general purpose commercial veneered on both side bonded with (BWR) type phenol formaldeyde synthetic resin-adhesive, the size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated including one shop coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- The species of timber shall be Hollock/Bonsum

Supply & fix 35mm thick, factory made glazed and skeleton shutter of 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8.24 (a) and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Repair to damaged concrete in RCC Coloumns/Beam/slab/parapet by using micro mortar and concrete in following stages as approved by GE:- (a) Removing the loose/scale falling mortar and concrete from RCC slab and cutting the affected area in geometrical shape. (b) Cleaning the rusted reinforcement and applying rust removal. (c) Inserting addl reinforcement in case the cross sectional area reduction is more than 20 percent. Welding the reinforcement with existing one and supporting adequetly on walls if required with grout. (d) Providing micro mortar and concrete over bond coat of cover the reinforcement and slab surface. (e) Providing adequate formwork and scaffolding if required. (f) Curing the surface. Rust removal, Bonding agent, grout, micro mortar and concrete and related chemicals shall be of Dr Fixit/ Fosroc and STP and work to be got executed from the authorised applicators of material manufacturer company as approved by GE & as directed. Note : (i) Only net affected treated plain area of slab shall be measured & paid. (ii) All precautions shall be taken by the contractor. Any damage to the existing structure shall be responsibilityof the contractor and shall be made good by the contractor.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
