Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc, including taking out embedded portion and making disturbed ground levelled and filled as good all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing, wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in any type of soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm thick stone aggregate) as foundation filling and mass concrete of fencing posts & struts.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other steel section, straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F for galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with dia of neck between 11mm to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 75 x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of new surfaces etc complete all as specified.

M&L for one coat of Black Bituminous paint over a coat of primer on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of new surfaces etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6.

All as per serial item No. 13 above but using old bricks. (Old whole bricks retrieved from dismantling vide item No. 13 here-in-before shall be re-used after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cm 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed on external surfaces .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applyng two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkalie resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor in Alternate Panel complete all as specfied and directed.
