S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work sliding frame for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ eoprene gasketetc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium deco grill of size 50mmx50mm of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window/door frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved powder coated aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin- charge.

S&F 4.8 mm thickness Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F 3.0 mm thickness Sheet glass, ordinary quality with obsecured or frosted ,on one side with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F 3mm thick high quality duarable acrylic panel sheet and glazing with rubber beadings ,clips etc complete all as specified

Supply and fix 100 mm size mortice lock with four lever (vertical type) brass body and fixed complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for framed work ornamental and intricated design such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of Epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing old mild steel grills /guard bars of any specification and including two coats of anticorrosive paint (Epoxy paint) over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble including backing coat of rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and including rounding /moulding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and includingtwo coats of white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
