Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: a)30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured).

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : a)300x16 mm

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work.

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: a)Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. a)One coat.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. a)With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a)One or more coats on old work.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a)One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : a)Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: a)One or more coats with copal varnish.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a)With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Supplying and fixing C.I. cover without frame for manholes : a)455x610 mm rectangular C.I. cover (light duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 23 kg.

Repairing of aluminium door by cutting the members,boards, glass etc.to required size and shape, attending all the necessary defects, fixing new cleats,jointing angles, fitting the fixtures in proper position etc. including cost of removing and refixing the door as per direction of the E-I -C.

Repairing of aluminium door decorative handle by replacing old ply wood , fixing of new 19mm ply and 1mm thick laminates with screws to match handle size as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing to steel gate for smooth movement by cutting the extended/bent hinge, fixing of new hinge, MS plates, angle clamps as per requirement at site for repairing and fixing to existing members by spot welding as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(New steel members to be paid separately).

Cutting and trimming of Deodar trees and disposal by mechanical carriage to municipal dumpimg yard as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of 45Mtr drain and adjacent jungle including disposal of rubbish at a distance of 50Mtr as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Greasing of Collapsible shutter for smooth movement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
