Notes for bidders
1. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, IGST) as required
2. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers.
3. The FF packing charges will be carried over from the price bid section-9 – Part-B/Part-III-Table A & B with charges apportioned to each item for Package-1
4. The evaluation of the tender shall be carried out on package-wise basis. The evaluated cost for Packages 1, 2 and 3 shall comprise the sum of Indigenous and Imported component costs, as applicable. For Packages 4 and 5, the evaluated cost shall comprise the sum of Indigenous and Imported component costs, as applicable, along with CRC charges for seven years.
Declaration by bidder
1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date”.
2. “We hereby certify that HSN/ SAC shown in column 16 are correct & credit of GST for the amount shown in column 14 above are admissible as per GST Laws
