Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.Sand in layers of 150mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts being 2.00 m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2.00 m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1.00 m width, etc,. in a complete form using coir and nails - 1.00 m run Upto 8m height

(Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and roofing of High Profile Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of approved quality of size 1.00 m x 0.70 m of 0.50mm tk with necessary U or J bolts and nuts GI washers etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Rotary Ventilators of size 0.6Mx0x6M over the roof with necessary bolt and nut arrangement to with stand wing velocity as specified by the departmental officers.

Carryout the Renovation works in TNCSC Godown campus at Alankulam in Tenkasi District. Dismantling AC sheet roofing without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Tarfelt 3mm thick laid by bituminous compound including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of plain glass 4mm thick including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works).

Supplying and fixing PVC ventilating shaft of 110mm dia (having working pressure 4 kg. / sq.cm) with 3 metre height including cost of PVC cylindrical cowl of best approved quality etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best approved quality of rain water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg/sq.cm including cost of PVC bents, PVC shoe, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws nails etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the junction of roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60cm x 60cm of best approved quality as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following design colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300mmx200mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550 X 400 mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia brass chromium plated piller tap, 32 mm dia C.P. waste coupling, 32 mm dia P.V.C. waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm diametre G.M.wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connections etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of C.I. brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications (the wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.
