Concrete with 40mm gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 fineness modulous & Cement in proporation of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, includingsupply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work.(S.I. No. 281)

M-150 class Brick work in 1:4 Cement & and course sand of 2.20 F.M. mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (S.I No.303)

RCC Work With cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in Plinth Beam excluding supply of reinforcemnt and its bending but inculding its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I, binding wire and including necessary centering and its shuttering etc. and supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(S.I. No. 283)

RCC Work With cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Slab,Sunshade excluding supply of reinforcemnt and its benidn, but inculding its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I, binding wire and including necessary centering and its shuttering etc. and supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.(S.I. No. 284)
