16 mm thick cement plaster over fly ash Brick Masonery with C.M ( 1:4) over work including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials etc complete as direction by EIC.

Painting two coats to the wall surface by using 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint to interior wall (distmper)surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer after preparing the surface smooth by applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty including finishing the surface smooth by sand papering in all heights etc. complete in all respect.any approved shade including cost conveyance royality etc complete as per direction of EIC

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade(weather coat) over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Painting 2 coats with any enamel paint on new work over primer including cost of paint & primer , labour. over a coat of priming including all costs of labour ,Paint, primer, brushes and putty required for the work etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5cmthick grading concrete(1:2:2)onroof slab with 6mmsizehardgranitechips.Onnewworkincludingwatering,curing,cost,conveyance,ofall material cost of all labourcomplete as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. grill in windows including screws as may be required etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as direction by EIC.

Fixing Raniganj terracotta Tile for slope roof in floors on 25mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:1(1 cement:1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades on the tiles etc.complete in all respect as direction by EIC.

Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors and wall on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and the Earth transported by transport vehicles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling Foundation and plinth with sand including cost, conveyance, royality etc complete

Cement concrete(1:4:8) using 4cm size hbg metal in foundation & plinth.

Brick work withFly ash bricks 25 cm x 12 cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation including cost, conveyance, royality etc complete as direction by EIC.

Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge etc complete as direction by EIC..

Repair of existing electrification with replacement of required wiring, fitting and fixtures etc as direction of Engineering in-charge.

Repair of existing PH Sanitary work with replacement of required fitting and fixtures etc as direction by Engineering in-Charge.
