Class-150 (Non-Modular) Rrick Work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 6.10 & DSR Specification no 6.1.1.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 of (1 Cement:2 Coarse Sand: 4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. S.I. No. 4.10 & DSR Specification no 4.1.3.

12mm thick Cement Plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. As per S.I. No. 13.40 & DSR Specification no 13.4.1.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. As per S.I. No. 251 & DSR Specification no 4.1.1.

Disposal of Surplus Soil/ Unsuitabe Material/ Garbage/ Mud etc at a distance of 3.00kilometers from the site including loadind, unloading, cartage, T&P etc complete required completion of the work as per direction of Incharge.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Laying of I-Shaped Precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 80mm Rubber Moulded Coloured (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per New Item..

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in 1:4:8 of (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stone Aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. S.I. No. 4.10 & DSR Specification no 4.1.8.

Construction of Embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 5.00KM distance all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying and fixing of Rubber Moulded Cement concrete Kerb Stone including all labour , material and T & P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Size 12"×16" (Designer).

Supplying and fixing of Chequerred Precast Cement Concrete Tiles, 22mm thick in Footpath & Courtyard, jointed with neat Cement Slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20mm thick bed of cement moratr in 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per DSR SI no 11.20 & DSR Specification no 11.20.1.

Providing and fixing of 140mm dia PVC Pipe confirming to IS make working pressure 6kgs/ sq.cms including testing, labour, T&P including Jali on mouth etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per DSR SI no 32.

RCC work : Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including the cost of Centering, Shuttering, finishing and excluding Reinforcement (1 Cement : 1.50 Coarse Sand ; 3 graded Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size) etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge and as per DSR SI no 5.10 & DSR Specification no 5.1.2.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD Bar Reinforcement in Super Dtructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification no 1600 including proper bending and cost of Binding Wire etc complete as per Specification no 12.4.

Finishing floors/ walls with Putty of approved brand and manufacturer and of finishing required shade on undecorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and the cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. As per Chapter No. 15 Sl No. 27 New.

Finishing floors/ walls with sandlex matt. Coat over a priming coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality such as super "Snowcem Durocem" super quality of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including curing the cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete. As per Chapter No. 15 Sl No. 21 New.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desired density etc complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Dismantling Stone Flagged or tiled floors including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet). As per SOR No. 698 & DSR Specification no 17.5.2.

Cartage of Dismantelled Damaged Interlocking Tiles from Delhi-Calcutta Road, KM 144/145 Mathura to PWD Stpres, Mathura including loading safely in tractor-traully & unloading safely at working site including Cartage upto 4.00 K.M. Distance, labour and T&P etc. complete. As directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (Rates including cost of Bitumen) For DBM and BC.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder, VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects (Rates including cost of Bitumen VG-30).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder, VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a Paver finisher sensor contor @ 100 tph with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects (Rates including cost of Bitumen VG-30).

Providing and laying 40mm thick Mastic Asphalt Wearing Course with Paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515 and as per direction of Engineer Incharge.
