M&L Non - skid Ceramic Colured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles and including 15mm thick CM 1:6 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 600x600x10 mm Ist quality jointless Vitrified tiles of any coloure,shade in floor/Skirting fixed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match all as per manufacturer's instructions directed at site over and incl screed bed 20 mm thick in CM (1:6), surfaced finish even and rough to recieve tile finish as in flooring including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x 7 mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the shade of tiles and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster removal of rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:3 as in ceiling to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:6 as in internal walls to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including WPC @ 3% total weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC should be measured & paid Separately.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surface of newly plastered walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper (OBD) over 1mm thick wall care putty preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surface of newly plastered walls and applying two coats of Cement based paint over a coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25 mm thick in riser of steps, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 10mm thick rendering to wall tiles in CM 1:3 including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast coloured concrete glossy finished interlocking paver block any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut Granite stone, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/flooring, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base 75mm thick including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1 : 6 including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1 : 2 : 4 Type B1 ( 20 MM graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls beam and colums in floors, roofs, landings, deck slabs and shelves and the like complete including necessary form work including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.
