Plastering with CM 1:3 mix 20 mm thick over the floor surface after removing the peel off as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Patch plastering the wall/ceiling in cm 1:5 mix 12mm thick over the wall surface after removing the peel off as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete

Patch plastering the ceiling/column in cm 1:3 mix 12mm thick over the concrete surface after removing the peel off/damaged plaster surface with nito bond AR at 1000 ml for an average area of 8m2 as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete

Providing and Paving of Design Ceramic Tiles of approved make and colour over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointed with same coloured cement.

Providing wash hand basin of size 550mmx40mm with all accessories such as cast iron brakets, 32mm dia CP waste coupling, rubber plug and chain, 32mm dia ‘B’ class G.I. waste pipe, 15mm dia G.I. wheel valve, 15mm dia nylon connection, 15mm dia brass nipples, 15mm CP pillar tap, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing in position 15mm dia CP Tap of approved make & quality conforming to IS specification including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing, laying and jointing 25mm PVC pipes (having working pressure 10kg/sq, cm) of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials with necessary clamps, scaffolding including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc, complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing in position glazed EWC of approved make & quality with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap (Parry ware – ELITE – or equivalent) with double Flapped PVC Antimicrobial Solid Seat cover, PVC low level Slimline Cistern with all necessary fittings (viz) Brass nipple, GM wheel valve, Nylon connection, CP brass complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Water proofing treatment in the expansion joint at terrace after removing existing damaged filler materials to a depth of 200mm, thoroughly cleaning the surface, filling the joint with bituminous pad of 50mm thick and copping the joint using 1:1 1/2 concrete in the beams and columns, covering the copping concrete with GI sheat of 20 gauge neatly including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Painting two coat of colour washing with Oil Bound Distemper paint for inner wall surface, including the cost of material, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing two coat of colour washing with exterior emulsion paint for exterior wall surface including the cost of material, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing one coat with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality over the wooden surface including the cost of material, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing one coat with ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality over the iron surface including the cost of material, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site

Scaffolding: Providing two legged scaffolding using blue - gum post or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows with two horizontal posts including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood plank of 40mm thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nail with handrails for the safety measures, etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. to a height upto 10.5m and as directed by the Engineer at site.
