Earth Work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 60% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification.(For Column Foundations SS 20B)

Supply amd Filling for Stone dust,including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges for stone dust filling etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots incluidng necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all corss bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angel of size 26 x 26 x 3 mm for boareding laid over sivler oak joists (Country wood) of size 10 x6 cm spaced @ about 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia. spaced @ 76cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items. For all plain CC works.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand four aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for bed blocks including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc complete with standard specification.

Flooring with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinfoced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One And Half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
