M&L for repair work for actuator control system comprising of PLC programming for actuator calibration, replacement of capacitor (4.5 μF), limit switch (NO/NC, 5 Amps), re-wiring, soldering, rewinding burnt motor, repair of worn gears/ bearings, oil/ greash re-filling, replacement of expansion and compression spring and reassembling complete system including complete testing, calibration and commissioning of the actuator control system to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with following operational standards:- (a) Uploading, editing and testing of PLC logic related to actuator operation. (ii) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G5/ Inchlor-5/ NB-10 of laboratory tested chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (iii) Third stage is of fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL. (iv) Fourth stage is bacteria screening and sterilization by using Terbac G5/ Inchor-5/ NB-10 of laboratory certified halogen compound. (v) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner.
