REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AND CONTROL SYSTEM OF E/M INSTALLATION AND OTM ACCN AND ALLIED WORK SERVICES UNDER AGE E/M OF GE SUKNA AT SUKNA MIL STN

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, set with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,sunken type box etc.and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic, rigid non mettalic PVC conduit (medium grade) concealed in wall / ceiling with and including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable as continuous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) with cast Iron / pressed steel terminal boxes 60 mm deep, modular plate and frame on walls with 3 mm thick plastic laminated / hylam sheet cover, fixed on wall / other surfaces with brass screws for mounting or housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, etc. including all other fixing accessories for one light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point controlled by one 5 / 6 Amps switch, all necessary cutting chasing (as required) and making good the disturbed surfaces including finishes to match with adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate. (ii) Cutting chases shall be included in the unit rate.

All as per Sl. item No. 4.00 above but for point wiring modular plate one 5 / 6 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

Material and labour for point wiring of 15 amps socket on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor as main line drawn through and including PVC casing caping including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling and earth conitinuity conductor 2.5 sqmm (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick including making good all disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 4.00 above but for point wiring modular plate one 5 / 6 Amps socket outlet point on same board.
