M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed sone aggregates) as in roof kerbs rounded or chambered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered,put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton factory made shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gause etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers edges of framing plain chamferred or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I, Sec-08, Clause 8.20(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exc. 1.5sqm each, including cutting holes for removing the hold fast, making good disturbed surfaces and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.
