Regular cleaning of drains and right of way of roads at state woolen mill and Residential Colony at I/A Bichhwal with following terms and conditions:a)Regular cleaning of drain of state woolen mill and Residential Colony at I/A Bichhwal by removing sludge, jungle, garbage etc. from complete existing drain network, under culverts and disposing waste outside industrial area by ensuring the flow of waste water up to disposal point, b) Clearing obstruction from end point of drain so as to ensure smooth flow and without overflow of drain. c) Removal of road side wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling, overburden & unsuitable soil from state woolen mill and Residential Colony Bichhwal and disposing waste outside industrial area. d) Following minimum labour and machinery should be deployed i) 3 no. of labour per day ii) 8 no. tractor and trolley per month with required fuel and driver e) Any complaint lodged by any allottee regarding cleaning of drain, roads, garbage etc. must be attended within 3 days by the contractor and also reporting to concerned officer for verification f) Extra labour/tractor trolley should be deputed as per requirement of site g) Contractor have to submit photographs of site before cleaning and after cleaning of workh) Payment will be made only after submission of satisfactory work certificate from Industrial Association.
