Absorptive Ceiling Treatment: Supply and Installation of compressed glass fibre with white / black colour textures finish, Glass fibre core, fully encapsulated (rear side also) ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having density 100-120Kgs/m3, weight 1.5-1.8kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15mm wide pre coated metal T15 grid system. The T15 Grid system of 600x600mm module shall include wall angle with unequal flanges of size 14&20mm wide, length 3000mm, 0.43mm thick fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centres. Then suspend the Main T15 having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with levelling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. Cross T15 having flange width 15mm, length 1200mm is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centres in the direction perpendicular to the Main T15. Finally Cross T15 having flange width 15mm, length 600mm are then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the 1200mm Cross T15 at 1200mm centres and in direction parallel to the Main T15. Glass fibre tile of size 595x595x15mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind panels are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade.

Supply and Installation of false ceiling 10 mm thick Tufbloc magnesium oxide HDFR boards of size 1200 x 2400 mm having Density-1000 kg/mt cube, with STC- 34 – 50, weight - 8.5 kg /sq mt, Fire Class - 1&P & Thermal Heat Resistance - 0.11792 W/mK Climate ( degree Centigrade , RH - 50,95 , Green VoC , RC% - Low & 30 Water resistant with wet expansion less than -0.02% from ambient to saturation, Moisture Movement - 0.02% from Anutone / Win Win / Magnum are to be fixed with Philips head screw is fixed by using concealed ceiling system. The concealed ceiling system shall include GI Wall channel(WC 25) having thickness 0.45 mm, length 3600 mm, unequal flanges of 15 & 20 mm and web of 22 mm should be fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300 mm centers. Then suspend Main channels(MC 45) having thickness 0.9 mm, length 3600 mm, equal flanges of 15 mm and web 45mm from the soffit at every 1200 mm centers with Suspender angle(SA 25) having thickness 0.45 mm, unequal flanges of 25 & 10 mm. GI Cross channel(CC 25) having thickness 0.45 mm, length 3600 mm, knurled web 35mm, depth of 25 mm and equal flanges 9.5 mm is fastened to the Main channel in the direction perpendicular to the Main Channel at every 600mm centers. Now the jointing & finishing of the same will be done by using Anutone jointing kit consist of powder mixed with water and apply the same with flat flap on the boards joints to finish the surface of the boards so as to look flush. 10 Year warrenty & Test certificate of the use products shall be submitted after procurement of materials.

Absorptive Wall Treatment: Supply and installation of Fabric Tracks Stretch wall fabric system by using FR Grade acoustic fabric of size 1700mm width, shall be stretched by using wooden base 12.5 mm thick, rigid vinyl Stretch Tracks half wrap/full wrap 12.5mm and Midseam 12.5mm, Strand wood wool board, Infills polyester fibre infill with requisite accessories & tools. Wooden base 12mm is first installed on the wood fibre along the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centres. 12.5 mm tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying Stick adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Stretch Tracks. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knur led web 40mm, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Strand Wood Wool Board is square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fibre panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3, weight 4kg which is fixed to Cross Channel 25mm. Long edge of panels should be perpendicular to length of Cross Channel.Infills polyester fibre infill 1000gsm 25mm thick adhered on Strand Wood Wool Board panel by using adhesive. Fabric of width 1700mm is then aligned to the Stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. Note -minimum 50mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1600mm.

WOODEN SLATS- Wall Supply & installation of Slats made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-3 - (3mm grooves Slats @16mm centres) back lined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 192 & 128x2440x15/17mm thick having base density 700Kg – 800 Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centres. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC25with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centres. Slats of size 192 & 128x 2430x15/17mm in then fixed perpendicular to CC18 with suitable edge & centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 5mtrs both ways. Panels shall be back lined with acoustical infill of 1000gsm x 50mm thick adhered to the wall using Stick adhesive.
