Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Fly ash Brick work with modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work,finished fair and even surface without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolishing existing damaged one complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Plain cement concrete type 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolishing existing damaged one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to include for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

Supply Only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Dr. Fixit Pidi Proof or equivalent.

Preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds mass, efflorescent , trading, oil, greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in foul position n.exc 1.5m width and n.exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in foul position n.exc 1.5m width and exc 1.5 m depth but not exc 3mtr and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, 150mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed as specified, complete including taking down existing pipe all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1) smooth finished and reforming benching as required 150mm internal bore, complete all as specified

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment and expose of top surface of RCC slab of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster etc and cleaning the surface with water and using wire brush including removing debris to out side the MoD land and providing following :-

(a) Dismantling existing cement concrete/roof tiles on roof including removing debris to out side MD land as directed.

(b) Bring upto the slope by providing filling of light weight materials sch as cinder, light weight concrete etc as required, and then providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of average thickness of 50mm.

(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement.

(d) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried.

(e) After the primed surface has dried, apply a coat of hot blown bitumen(85/25 penetration) confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface.

(f) Providing APP modified water proofing as approved by GE weighing not less than 4kg per sqm unrolled over the bituminous coated surgace with 100mm over laps, the overlap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacture instructions complete.

(g) Over the APP membrane, apply evenly a tack coat of hot air blown bitumen of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm including cleaning of surface.

(h) Applying a coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm per sqm as per manufacture instruuction over bituminous layer complete all as directed.

Note for item No 29 to 37 :- (i) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the manufacturers only as mentioned in PS. MOU to be submitted before commencement of work.

(ii) Material shall be procured from the authorised manufacturer only.

(iii) A performance guarantee certificate and guarantee amount equal to 3% cost of WPT for 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

(iv) The unit quoted rate is deemed to include taking down of water pipeline, tanks, wires (etc) found on roof and refix at the original position after complete treatment of roof.

(v) Providing, fixing and erecting scaffolding in double face structure, as required along with approach system for the repairs / plastering of the buildings to facilitate execution of all items of works,complete with necessary support, propping system etc for external repair. The unit rate is deemed to be included this provision also.

(vi) The unit quoted rated deemed to included for removing plant/ up rooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/ roof/ parapet near pipe etc.

(vi) The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for necessary safety equipments such as safety belt, ropes, helmets, netting etc mandatorily to be provided to labour working at height exceeding 3 mtr.

Note :- The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate of tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

Dismantling the existing unservicible gully trap including chamber and material and labour for provision of new salt glazed stoneware gully trap, square or round mouth type "P" of size 180X150mm, including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:1 in chamber with plain cement concrete base in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, all around finished even and fair using extra cement, Precast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, reinforcement with 6mm dia in both ways etc, including provision of handle etc complete all as specified and as directed.
