Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out / laying of under ground cable,pole or stay and getting out in soft soil strata.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing laying under ground cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable laid in trenches in ducts, fixed on poles/walls/laid under road/paths/drains/culverts encased in GI pipe /fixed/laid base with alluminium conductor including jointing and testing 1100 Volts grade 16 Sqmm, 4 core size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work & GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing laying under ground cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable laid in trenches in ducts, fixed on poles/walls/laid under road/paths/drains/culverts encased in GI pipe /fixed/laid base with alluminium conductor including jointing and testing 1100 Volts grade 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work & GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying jointing and testing under ground XLPE armoured cable insulated and PVC seathed LT 1100 volt grade (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of size 25 Sqm 4 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipesor along the pole complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, transporting errecstion, steel tubular swaged pole type 410-SP-31, 9 mtr long conforming to IS 2713 of 1980 comlete with MS base plate pole cap, finial taper plug bolts, nuts washer etc including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos bands/strip painted with post office red and white colour (300 mm each) in alternate layer from plinth block marking pole Nos with black synthetic enamell paint 2.5 cm height incluidng trarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete foundatin complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary earth work and PCC any type will be measured and paid separately under

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation,fillling and mass concerete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping bed blocks, benching and like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and laying 50 mm dia GI tubing light grade complete with all fittings (ISI Marked) lain in trenches/fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors

Supply and fixing MS Box of size 250 x200 x 150 mm front side openable duly painted with synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including aluminiuim busbar size 25 x 3 mm 4 Nos busbar mountd on busbar insulator fixed with FI clamp for street light pole complete with one No MCB SP 6- 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing time lite distribution board analog time switch 415 volt three phase of 32 Amps rating with contactor fixed inside steel enclosure box and fixed to pole/LT panel including clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking out cracked/unserviceable hume pipe/concrete pipe line 200 mm bore including all fittings and removing from the site all as specified & directed .

Supply, laying and jointing pipe ductile iron, spigot and socketed , class "K-9" of size, 200 mm dia including tyton joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flanged pipe joint with rubber gasket including nut bolts washer of suitable size of rubber gasket for 200 mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing sewage pipe line 200 mm size and connecting 200 mm pipe line, by inserting CI tee, CI bends and sluice valve etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement, CI sluice valve 200 mm size class PN-1.6 type ISI marked with iron wheel head brass spindle. Confirming to IS - 14846 flanged ends including rubber joints and jointing material all as required at site including any addition alteration for fixing at site including dismantling old unservicable CI sluice valve complete all as directe. Make : Kirloskar / Leader/ L&T.

Supply ,installation ,commission and testing totally enclosed type (silent operation with canopy,CP CB approved ), static type Diesel Engine driven, Generating set of 40 KVA (32 KW ) capacity confirming to BS-2613/IS -4722, 4 wire 50 HZ 415 Volts supply under NTP conditions when running at 1500 RPM complete including Engine Alternator mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel base frame all as recommended by manufacturer and having following provisions all as specified and directed . The silent canopy shall be as per the Central Pollution Control Board norms . The silensor canopy shall be manufacturerd by the manufacturer of the engine itself . The make and model of generator set to be installed with engine details ,alternator specifications and specification of silensor canopy shall be got approved from GE before order is placed by the contractor to the manufacturer.

(A) Alternator:- Alternator shall be of capacity of 40 KVA(32KW) net out put at work site after considering derating factor as per MSL height and NTP conditions as applicable at power factor .8, AC 3 phase , 4 wire, AVR system, screen protected . Ball / roller bearing with damp proof copper windings on each pole to base as per IS-1722-1970 complete all as specified . (Make of Alternator :-Kirloskar/Jyoti/Stam Ford .

( B ) Diesel Engine :- Diesel shall be of adequate capacity suitable for above alternator after derating factor as per MSL hight and temperature for work site and as per relevant IS code having provision of coupling shaft to drive the above altemator independtly after considering power losses in all the accessories forming part of the set i.e. couplings any type FIP , water cooler, direct injector ( if provided ), fan etc. Engine should be multistage, vertical multi cylinder water cooled, 4 stroke, direct injection cold starting , RPM 1500, industrrial type standard accessories complete in all respect including all provisions as recommended by manufacture and following provisions complete all as specified and directed.(Make of Engine :-Cummins/Kirloskar/ Ashok leyland /Ruston. (Note: DG set will be conforming to notification of Min of Environment date 17 may 2002) (i) Fly wheel with housing . (ii) Air cleaner dry type (iii) Corrosion resisiters. (iv) fuel filter, Oil filter (v) FIP system including pump injectors solenoid controls , nozzles, govenors etc (vi) Radiiator including water pump with fan (vii) Cylinder with buffers, tail pieces duly insulated with asbestos/ lagging and sufficiently extended to carry exhaust outside the DG Set building. (viii) Electrically starting system consisting of the follwing items :- (a) Lead acid battery 12 volts , 150 AH initially charged Make :- Exide/Prestolite/ AMCO ( Maintenance free type) (b) Self Starter. (c) Alternator 12 volts DC complete with holding clamp. (d) Start / Stop push button ,ignition switch with key system. (e) Battery charging system including regulator and generator / alternator. (ix) Engine shall be with turbo charger. (x) Engine protection device against low lubicating oil pressure, high water temperature ,and high oil temperature ,over speeding of engine etc. (xi) Water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil puessure gauge ammeter for display charging + Amps etc.

(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures suitable of 40 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet 16 SWG of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted of three coats of dulux gloss synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :- (i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet of ISMC suitable section . (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA 2 mm thick air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick. (v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing minerla rock wool slab of density 96Kg/m3confirming to IS 0183 thickness 100mm covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation .Test report from original manufacturer to be submittedbefore incorporation in the work for authenticity of material . (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet .06mm thick powder coated . (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double wwalled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel .

(E) RCC FOUNDATION:- RCC Fuoundation M 20 , 250 mm overall height, 100 mm above floor level and 150 mm below floor level of required size.

(F) Acoustic Louvers / Attenuators at Air inlet/outlet :-The AL provides excellent sound attenuation and good weather protection. Single blade and chevron blade louvers are manufacturefrom 16 SWG CRCA sheet top section with an acoustic in fill of resin bonded mineral rock wool has a density of 96 Kg/m3 .The under section is formed from 18 SWG CRCA performed sheet after covering with resistance tissues to prevent fire migration or by means of acoustic lined ducts.

(G) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, mounted on angle iron frame including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated one no. fuel pump.

(H) INSPECTION PORT :- Aluminium box frame with double welded glass fix type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket, for viewing instrument panel.

(J) VENTILATION :- Forced with suitable fan. (a) supply fan 700mm dia axial flow fan driven by 2 HP 1440 RPM with starter make : KEC/ GEC/ABB. (b) Exhaust Fan 600mm dia axial flow fan driven by 1.5 HP motor 1440 RPM with starter make : KEC/GEC/ABB.

(K) WIRING AND LIGHTING :-PVC copper wire concealed in flexible conduit provided with florescent tube light and MCB. (a) Earthing panel (Neutral body). (b) Control Panel . (c) Cable leads for batteries. (d) Power cable to euipment.

(m) Self Starter.NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer .and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted. (b)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted . (ii) Sleeved Bus bars for interconnections - 01 Set (iii) Manometer (iv) Power pack -01

Supply, installating, testing and commissioning of LT distribution panel board facatory made cubical outdoor type fabricated with angle iron/flat iron frame work, enclosed with 3.0 mm thick sheet steel with independent compratment for each pillar, busbar chamber, cable tray for cable entry four wire TPN with colour indication mounted on epoxy insulator of 1100 Volt grade. outgoing of respective capacity aluminium busbar 400 Amps terminations shall be left at cable alloy - 01 Set at each feeder. Panel should have front openable hinged door for each compartment with looking arrangement and common openable hings door from rear side, floor mounted type, incluidng powder coated painting confirming to IP-42 protection and as per IS, comprising folloiwng incoming and outgoing feeder :-

Supply,install test and comprising of factory made powder coated cubical outdoor LT feeder pillar box of size 900 x 750 x 300 mm confirming to IP-65, CPRI approved complete weather proof and vermin proof and the shell of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with partitions and switch enclosure doors of 2 mm MS sheet with minimum clearance of 750 mm and canopy made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet all as per IS shall be available inside for easy access and working condition fixed on angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6mm. Supply & fixing GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/along wall/floor/under road etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Clamps nuts & bolts etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of sch 'A'

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.
