M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment including chalk whiting on wall etc and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting for distemper including wall care putty (minimum 2mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of ceiling by complete removal of existing treatment including chalk whiting on wall etc and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting for distemper including wall care putty (minimum 2mm thick) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions in top layer and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces in patches and in any position of as in chajja, facia, drope etc. with cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @100 ml per 50 kg of cement or all as per manufatucring Instruction including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site after instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

Supply only integral water proof compound for external plaster complete all as directed. Make : Dr Fixit of Pedilite or equivalent.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceiling, soffits of chajja, etc. in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesas in walls in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 but not exceeding 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for well seasoned second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick second class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of 12mm thick veneered particle board medium density with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkats, sizes/section of members of shutters shall be as specified in SSR Part I, Section -8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick, second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick, second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for embedding holdfast, bed block, cills, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel small articles using flat iron of size 25x3mm thick such as band, strap, hold fast, cleat, support, hook, hinges, base tie for door frame etc and other similar items conforming to Fe-290, (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing plant including roots by dismantling of brick work, PCC/RCC including necessary saffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof, parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good of disturbed portion using PCC (1:2:4) type B0 and 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) size of disturbed portion 150mmx150mmx200mm complete all as specified and as directed.
