Constrcution of Compoundwall to Existing Community Hall Building in Kithiripettai Panchayat.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub - soils to full depth etc. complete as per SS 20B

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Filling Sand in layers not more 15 cm thick etc. complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 for foundation using 40mm HBG metal etc. incl all charges .complete.

Rein forced Cement concrete 11.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation and basement etc. complete.

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors etc. complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and cutting, bending, tying and placing in position

B.W in cm 1:5 Mix using new Country bricks incl all cost and Conveyence incl All charges

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Color washing Two coat with approved Emulsion Paint in all floors using best quality and approved varity of colour pigments including cost of all materials brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete.as per std specifications

Clean removal of cement plastering from walls and Celling including all labour charges.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishingthe joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. TheSurface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to givea smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on theentire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., completecomplying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hirecharges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labourcharges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth,etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supply and Filling Gravel for Filling base including all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and Fixing Toilet door PVC Including all labour charges.

Supply and Fixing 1000 lit Syntex tank Including all labour charges.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone M.Sandcushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone M.Sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).
