The LED Light fittings should be of reputed approved make preferably made in India with 2 years replacement warrantee period.

Supply and delivery of 40W LED Street light fitting with minimum of 300mm length of 3core1sq.mm copper cable and Male connector as per the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. The LED Light fittings should be of any reputed approved make preferably made in India with 2 years replacement warrantee period.

Supply and delivery of 90W LED Street light fitting with minimum of 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable and Male connector as per the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. The LED Light fittings should be of any reputed approved make preferably made in India with 2 years replacement warrantee period.

Supply and delivery of 120W LED Street light fitting With minimum of 300mm length of 3 core 1sq.mm copper cable and Male connector as per the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. The LED Light fittings should be of any reputed approved make preferably made in India with 2 years replacement warrantee period.

Supply and Delivery of 1.5 meter, 32mm dia. GI pipe Bracket suitable for the LED fittings for 20W to 40W with 2 sets of clamps made up of MS Flat size 32mmx6mm with Galvanization, Cutting and Bending of pipe as required angle suitable for EB RCC/ Tubular / Rail poles including necessary bolts and nuts as per the department engineer instructions.

Supply and Delivery of 1.5 meter, 50mm dia. GI pipe Bracket suitable for the LED fittings for 90W to 120W with 2 sets of clamps made up of MS Flat size 32mmx6mm with Galvanization suitable for EB RCC/ Tubular / Rail poles including necessary bolts and nuts as per the department engineer instructions.

Dismantling of existing TL/CFL /T5 fittings and clamp sets then fixing new 20W-40W LED fittings with necessary G.I Pipes and Clamp sets in the EB Poles including all labour charges and transport charges etc., complete

Supply, delivery and installation of 3 Core 1Sq.mm copper cable with length of 3meters with 2Nos. of bimetal hook connector in one end and IP 66 Female connector in the other end suitable to connect Male connector in the LED fittings as per technical specifications.

Supply, delivery and installation of external surge protector device of 10kV/5kA with Male and female IP66 Connector as per technical specification. (All Fixures)

Non Accountable Item Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 meter class "B" GI pipe of dia. not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work.

Non Accountable Item Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire for earth connection.

Non Accountable Item Rate for Supply of single phase service connection EB Meter box of size 21"x15"x10" with single compartment, powder coated vermin proof metal sheet with MS Clamps suitable for EB RCC/ Tubular / Rail poles. The meter box fixed with 12mm Hylem board, 1 number of 63 Amps porcelain fuse unit, Inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire and necessary PVC/GI pipes and specials with one number of neutral link. The meter box should be provided with glass in front side.

Non Accountable Item Rate for Painting and Numbering in TNEB street Light poles including all cost of materials and all Labour charges as per standard and as directed by the dept. officers (Pole Numbering).
