REPAIR AND MAINT OF LT OVERHEAD LINES, ACSR CONDUCTOR, INSULATORS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT RV COLONY UNDER GE I R AND D KANPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: - Punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supply & laying /paving of dry well burnt bricks of sub class ‘B’ laid flat of whole brick over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of pole and stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping/finishing of pole foundation and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing of 80 mm dia bore, light grade conforming to IS 1239 Part-I and ISI marked fixed alongwith pole and embedded in hardstanding / pillar foundation including breaking /cutting PCC/hard standing not exceeding 20 cm girth or as required at site and making good with cement mortar of ratio 1 :3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 here in before but 50 mm bore

Cutting & Chasing required on concrete block /path/tile /floor/ wall not exceeding 20 cm girth to concealed the cable/GI wire and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 including facing / finishing where as required to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe,PCC Cover/Bricks etc all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:- 25 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core

All as per item No 13.00 above 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, strip armoured, heavy duty, aluminum conductor (stranded) cable 1100 volts grade of any description and laid in trenches/ ducts, floors,through pipe, fixed to walls etc. including connecting both end with proper size of aluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes :- 95.0 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 15.00 above 70.0 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 15.00 above 35.0 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 15.00 above 25.0 Sqmm 3.5 core

Relaying only old serviceable LT cable and testing complete of size 25 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 21.00 but for cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and protection with 40 mm dia GI Medium grade pipe and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI strip 7.5 mtr long and plate surrounded with salt charcoal dust etc and 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering, excavation and earth wire including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type and 40mm thick pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type 30 reinforced width 8mm dia MS bar @ 150 C/C both ways, furnel wiremesh and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LT cable route marker cast iron, round shape of approx dia of 10 cm with marking 'LT Cable' attached to MS angle and properly fixed to ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for detecting fault location by providing cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault in armoured 1.1/11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated LT/HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

M&L for heat shrinkable type cable straight through joint outdoor type suitable for LT XLPE 120 Sqmm 3.5 to 185 sqmm core cable and testing all as specified and directed with terminate joint and jointing material all as specified directed.

M&L for heat shrinkable type cable straight through joint outdoor type suitable for LT XLPE 50 Sqmm 3.5 to 95 sqmm core cable and testing all as specified and directed with terminate joint and jointing material all as specified directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement MCCB, with continuously adjustable Thermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 400 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 50 KA,including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete with extension bus bar of suitable size all as specified and directed by GE (I).

Supply and Fix MCCB with continuously adjustable Thermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 250 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed by GE (I).

Supply and Fix MCCB with continuously adjustableThermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 200 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 36 KA,including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete all as specified and directed by GE (I).

Supply and Fix in replacement MCCB fixed type, Magnetic Release, 3 Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 63 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 16 KA, including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete all as specified and directed by GE (I).

Supply and Fix in replacement MCCB fixed type, Magnetic Release, 3 Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 125 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 16 KA, including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete all as specified and directed by GE (I)

Supply & Laying in replacement FR PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flat/circular twin core, solid aluminium conductor cable of size 6 sq mm for voltage grade upto 1100 volt confirming to IS- 694/1990 with latest amendments and ISI marked including removing old connection and making service connections to feeder panel as approved by GE(I).

Supply Installation & testing in replacement LT pedestal type bus bar chamber off size approx 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.5 m made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet both side openable ,locking arrangement and MS angle iron of suitable size foundation for out door type with 400 Amp capacity aluminum bus bar (04 Nos) 3 phase 4 wire system including LED type indicators for 3 phase RYB with toggle switch of each LED indicator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Erecting and fixing in replacement in true Vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron square welded base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screw,weld and reduced section and logitudional weld Seam through out entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminious paint through out intrnely and externely up to planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide as specified type 410 SP 31 (9.00 Mtr long) all as specified and directed at site. NOTE - Excavation and Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fixing PG Clamp by Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors /jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type, pocelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvaanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified for HT lines fixed on poles.

S&F single disc assembly for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green HT 11 KV grade all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge for HT overhead lines

S&F Pin type, pocelain, vitreous, white brow or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvaanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut of size 100mm height and 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified for LT lines fixed on poles.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT/HT Poles/Lines all as specified & directed

M&L for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Old serviceable spacers obtained from taking down of ACSR conductor under item No. 37.00 shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Trimming/cutting of all trees branches and cleaning of bushes upto 2 metre distance both side from nearest conductor/Earth wire at LT/HT overhead line including cleaning of site and depositing of waste material upto 500 metre distance all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for surface excavation,grass cutting over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation/root of small trees and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in soft/hard dense soil.and deposited where 15 cm directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones insignal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20x15 cm size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairs to electrical panel/ feeder pillar box by tightning all loose connections of the cable ends & replacing the damaged/ burnt aluminium lugs of required sizes, insulating/ secure the weak insulated portion of cable ends inside the panel by tapeing with good quality of insulation tape, cleaning the dust by air blower including painting the panel surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT panel (CPRI Approved) made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal, double door made out of MS angle iron base frame, cubical type floor mounted 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volts withn properly insulated aluminium bus bar - 04 Nos having capacity 450 amps on phase & neutral, dust and vermin proof, both side open with locking arrangement comprising of multifunction meters with 3 lines LCD display of voltage, current and frequency and power factor of size 96x96 sqmm, suitable ratio CT, phase indicator-03 Sets, danger board plate, duly painted internally and externally with powder coated, fixing in position by provision of platform suitable size built with brick work in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) including glands, lugs, thimbles for all incomming and out going cable including dismantling /taking out old panel complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of suitable sizes for following :- Incoming : (a) 250 Amps, FP 415 Volts breaking capacity 36 KA -01 No. Outgoing : (a) MCCB Cap 63 Amps, FP 415 Volts breaking capacity 16 KA - 07 Nos

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable Stay assembly set of any description all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for stay assembly comprising of 16mm dia, 1.80 metre long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 230mm x 230mm x 6mm thick stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop type insulator, stay clamps, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC works in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including taking down and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable spacers of any description and in any position from the LT electric overhead lines of any height and supplying and fixing new best quality, waterproof & shockproof PVC insulated spacers, 12mm dia flexible type suitable for making / turning to any shape and size (straight or spiral) and suitable for 2 or 3 conductor runs complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item no. 46 above but PVC insulated straight strip type spacers of width 25 mm suitable for three conductor run overhead lines

S&F sheet metal MCCB enclosures for TP/FP MCCBs with inbuilt neutral link for TPN system, IP 30 Protected complete all as specified and as directed
