OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MAIN RECEIVING STATION (MRS) INCLUDING AC PLANT INSTALLATION AND OTHER CERTAIN E/M WORKS IN RESIDENTIAL / TECHNICAL AREA AT CQA (I) RAIPUR, DEHRADUN UNDER GE(I)(P)(FY) KANPUR.

Manning and operation of 11 KV main receiving station of CQA(I) Residential area including maintenance of HT/LT panel of MRS and fixing of HT DO fuse on the sub station pole by replacing the parts if required by providing one ITI qualified electrician round the clock in three shifts (each of eight hours) from 0000 to 2400 hrs including the following :- (a) Reading of metering equipment and recording in the log book. (b) Cleaning and thorough inspection of HT/LT Panel board. (c) Replacement of DO fuses at sub station as and when required. (d) Switching on/off of the street lights in complete area. (e) Maintenance of break down details on log book. (f) The ladder and necessary T&P as required shall be provided. (g) Maintenance of all connected documents of MRS such as log sheets,break down register,earth testing register,oil testing register etc complete. (h) Maintenance of MRS premises upto inspection level by grass cutting and planting of flower plants (j) Daily log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per approved performa. (k) Minor items such as insulation tape ,fuse,lugs,screws,nuts/bolts as required shall be provided by the contractor. (l) The operator must be highly skilled Electrician and ITI qualified or having minimum 05 years experience in appropriate trade and fully conversant to maintanance & operation of installations and equipments.

Manning and operation of submersible pump set with chloronome plant ,bleaching powder dozer and DG SET including periodical maintanance of LT PANEL STARTER BATTERIES and maintaining of log sheet of DG SET technical area water supply installation in one shift of eight hours from ( 800 to 1600 hrs) by providing one ITI qualified FGM/Valve man including the following :- (a) To operate submersible pump set , chloronome plant ,bleaching powder dozer, DG set and valves including maintanance of log sheet of DG set . (b) To operate various sluice valves and gate valve of CQA (I) technical area . (c) Maintenance of Pump house premises upto inspection level by grass cutting and planting of flower plants etc (d) The operator must be highly skilled FGM/Valve man ITI qualified or having minimum 05 years experience in appropriate trade and fully conversant to maintanance & operation of pump set & DG sets,valves and equipments.

Supply only chlorine granuals shelf life min 01 year and availavility of chlorine 60 to 70 all as per chapter 08 of manual on water supply,Govt Of India.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Engine oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Radiator coolant complete all as specified and directed.

supply only breather assembly of any description /capacity and supply & fixing new breather assembly transparent body filled with silica gel suitable for 11/0.433 KV trasformers of capacity upto 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

supply only breather assembly of any description /capacity and supply & fixing new breather assembly transparent body filled with silica gel suitable for 11/0.433 KV trasformers of capacity exceeding 250 KVA but not exceeding 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down tree branches which is touching the over head HT/LT line and removing the branches at a distance of 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.
