Supply installation, testing & commissioning of 1 phase, 2 wire, Pre-paid Energy Meters, BIS 15884 Marked in existing Meter Board/floor Panels with Pre payment capacity touch key pad based digital having current range 10-60Amp, 240V, accuracy class 1.0alongwith parallel home display split unit, with inbuilt load control switch, containing provision for TOD & RTC capable to define 4 tariff slabs, happy hour & holiday definition complete all as specified and directed that the manufacturer or their service provider shall furnish 10 (Ten) years replacement guarantee for prepaid meters installed under this contract.(Cost of connecting to existing system is deemed to be included in the rates quoted) . (Make- Secure,L&T, Schneider) • Meter Should support the following data : 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, 30 load survey data for energy, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand. • Meter should have connect / disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software. Electric supply will be disconnected under following condition. (a) Over Current (105 % of Max current in any phase (b) Load control limit (Programmable) (c) Disconnection signal from utility control centre. • The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. MAKE: Secure, L&T, Schneider Note: (a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter carefully,making good the disturbed wiring, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES. (b) It would be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode (c) The meters would carry 5 year warranty. (d) Whole work shall be executed through Origional Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). (e) Contractor will submit necessary MoU on Rs 100 stamp paper with OEM/Authorized rep (Who will provide all these facility mentioned above before commencement of work)
