Dismantling of old unservicable bus bar chamber and Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947.

The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.

(Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

Disconnecting, dismantling of existing old unserviceable LT Panel/Feeder pillar box and Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main Aluminium bus bars of 630 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation in and including dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel complere and including the followings :

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FR grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.
