PART A: PAVEMENT

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal: Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material (Nallah/Quarry) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 408, including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete)

WMM: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification Clause 406, including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori. (Finished work to be measured, complete)

Tack Coat: Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification clause 503, including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Bit. Macadam: Providing and laying of 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site of work upto required lead , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the designed compaction as per MORD technical specifications clause 504 including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete).

20mm thick OGPC: Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.60mm size aggregates either using penetra-tion grade bitumen or to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by the seal coat of either type-A,Type-B or Type-C as per MORD technical specification clause 508. by mechanical means using bitumen. (S-90) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete)

Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A/B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 by mech. means using bitumen (S-90) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete) .

Shoulder:- Construction of embankment with approved materails obtained from borrow pits with a required lift transporting to site spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a required lead as per MORD techinacal specification clause 301.5. including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .)

PAVEMENT: DRAIN

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto required lead , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary/hard soil upto required depth.

Type B (First Class) bedding, Laying (first class) bedding of well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per MORD technical specification clause 1105 (ii) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .)

Providing & laying plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications clause 802, 803, 1202, & 1203 in PCC Grade M-10 Nominal Mix (1:3:6) including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Providing & laying plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 P.C.C. Grade M-15 (1:2.5:5) Nominal mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Providing & laying reinforcment cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 R.C.C. Grade M-20 mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Supplying, placing and fixing of HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in Foundation complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 1002,1010 and 1202 including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading unloading handling , re-handling and octori, complete. (finished work to be measured)

PART C: ROAD FURNITURE

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade kilometer stones / local stone of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing , etc.as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1703. (Ordinary Kilometer stone: precast)

Providing and fixing of mandatory / cautionary / informatory sign boards to be fixed at different locations as per drawing annexed.

Providing and applying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicable machine fitted with profile show glass beeds dispenser , propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour.
